GLYCOLIC PEEL

Glycolic peels are considered the most popular and mildest peel. It belongs to the family of acids called alpha – hydoxy acids or fruit acids. It is a derivative of sugar cane and comes in various strength from 20% to 70%.

Glycolic acid is called as a chemical because it has a chemical structure but is not a chemical. It is considered to be natural because of it being derived from fruit acid found in sugar cane and citrus fruits. So it is not harmful on the skin.
